What counts as an "employee"?

Employees are the people in your org data — the records you import from your HRIS. This is the number of people being modeled, not the number of people using OrgMyx.

What's a founding customer?

Our first 10 organizations join as founding customers — they help shape the product roadmap, work directly with the founder, and lock in their rate for life. Once those spots are filled, standard pricing applies.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be prorated. If you outgrow your employee limit, we'll let you know before any changes.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your data stays safe. You just can't create new sessions or make changes until you pick a plan. No pressure — choose when you're ready.
